WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

At Snoogums we understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. Orders not containing personalised or customised items are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.

 

For orders that include personalised and customised items please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. This is due to these items being made exclusively for you. If you have non personalised/customized items in your order that you wish to receive sooner, we highly recommend placing separate orders as we are unable to split orders at this time.

 

Once processed all orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post Standard Parcel Post, or Express Post when selected by you. Postage times may vary depending on your location. For an accurate estimate you can search the Australia Post Postage and Delivery Time Calculator, enter Sydney 2000 as the "From" suburb and your delivery suburb in the "To". Please take note that these time frames are estimates to be used as a guide only and that varying factors can cause delays. Once your order has been shipped we will issue you with a tracking number so that you can better estimate when you should receive your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with your unique tracking number issued to us by Australia Post where you can track your order.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

In the unfortunate event that you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks from the date you placed the order, please contact us at orders@snoogums.com.au where we will provide you with the status of your order and help resolve any issues that may have caused a delay.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

Sometimes orders can be lost as a result of an incorrect address. It is extremely important to ensure when placing your order that you ensure the correct address is entered. Once orders leave our warehouse and are shipped they become the property of the courier company which in our case is Australia Post, and we are not legally responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. However if you believe your order has been lost in transit please contact us at orders@snoogums.com.au so that we may help resolve the matter and in appropriate cases resend the order to you or issue you a refund.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Our website will automatically email you an order confirmation. If you haven’t received one please check your junk email folder as many times your email settings can alter the location of your emails. From time to time it is very easy to have accidentally inputed an incorrect email or spelling. If you cannot find your confirmation email please contact us at orders@snoogums.com.au so that we may search our system to confirm whether or not we have received your order.

 

I’VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOUR WHAT CAN I DO?

If you have received your order and realized you have ordered the wrong size, please view our Refund and Exchange Policy for further information on how to exchange your item.

 

I NEED HELP PLACING MY ORDER?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Due to orders being processed as soon as possible for your convenience, changes to your order cannot be made once your order has been processed on our website. In cases where you have realised there may be a spelling error on a personalised order or incorrect shipping information entered, please contact us on the same day of placing your order at orders@snoogums.com.au so that we may hopefully resolve the issue for you. Unfortunately after this time we cannot guarantee your order has not already been made or shipped as per your specifications.
